According to a recent study, Manhattan is expected to grow by 1.1 million people in the next 25 years, which will put an unprecedented strain on the city's infrastructure. They are already predicting that NYC's energy demand will exceed output by 2012. Better be prepared for rolling blackouts and brownouts.
